A free zinemaking workshop for young adults is scheduled to take place at Drogheda Library during the Easter holidays.

In this workshop, participants will explore some creative ideas behind zinemaking and DIY publishing with Rita Hynes from Drogheda Zine Fair.

In an open session using collage, drawing and sewing, we will create an eight-page folded zine from a single piece of paper.

All necessary materials will be provided but feel free to bring your own photos, drawings or any other bits and pieces that you would like to use on the day. By the end of this workshop, you will have your very own zine to take home!

This workshop is free and open to all young adults, especially to those who are new to zinemaking. Participants must be 14-17 years of age.
