In November we featured a new business in Duleek called Four Swans Therapy and Wellness Centre which is run by two psychotherapists, Antonia Fleeton and Helen Keating. Now, just four months later, the business is thriving with over 2000 appointments managed and new services launching every week.
The cornerstone of Four Swans is the counselling and psychotherapy service offered to support the mental health of the local communities by offering individual, couples and systemic family therapy, as well as a play therapy and adolescent’s service for children aged 3 to 18.
With a team of 20 counsellors and psychotherapists now on board offering a broad spectrum of specialities and training, there is someone to support you no matter what the issue or problem is. The centre is an officially recognised placement provider for six major training colleges and offers a low cost service starting at 30 euros for adults, and 40 euros for play therapy with minimum wait times.

All therapists are rigorously vetted in advance of seeing clients and are all qualified, registered and insured, giving you complete peace of mind. Many are registered with private healthcare insurers too. Please enquire about this when booking.
The centre is complemented by a full range of holistic therapies including acupuncture, cranial sacral therapy, reflexology, holistic massage, lymphatic drainage, sports massage, health & wellbeing coaching, reiki, rahanni, hypnosis, and more. In addition to four beautifully designed therapy rooms the centre hosts a stunning studio, Inis Glora, which is used every day for classes and workshops such as Kundalini Yoga, meditation, vinyasa flow, pilates, chakra balancing, sound healing, cacao ceremonies, womb blessings and much more, with a full list of events available at fourswans.ie
Last month local celebrities Eric Donovan and Rory O'Connor from Rory's Stories joined managing directors Antonia Fleeton and Helen Keating for a powerful breathwork journey facilitated by Colette Duffy. Both are passionate mental health advocates who honour the link between mind, body and spirt, the concept from which Four Swans was developed - that everyone heals in a different way.
On arrival, clients are greeted by a stunning bespoke canvas print commissioned to local artist Elizabeth Lodge depicting the journey of trials and transformation in the Children of Lir story. Local therapists can avail of a fully serviced space from which to showcase their services, with a kitchen, bathrooms and ample free parking on a site within easy reach of counties Louth, Meath and Dublin. Full information on services is available at fourswans.ie or you can follow on Instagram @fourswans.therapy
