Droichead Arts Centre’s Night Moves programme returns tomorrow night, Friday, 7th March, with Night Tones, an evening of immersive ambient music and mindful movement.
Experience two unique events in Droichead’s gallery space, featuring a live set from acclaimed local musician and electronic virtuoso Ógy Collins, alongside a yoga session and guided meditation led by professional teacher Elaine Tobin.
Inspired by artists such as Ryuichi Sakamoto, Hiroshi Yoshimura, Four Tet, and Tim Hecker, Ógy’s semi-improvised live electronic performance will enhance both sessions, creating a deep listening and sonic immersion experience.

Part of Night Moves, a pioneering cultural initiative produced by Droichead Arts Centre, this event is supported by the Night-Time Economy Advisor in Drogheda and Love Drogheda BIDS, reimagining the town’s after-dark experience.
“Night Moves is an exciting step towards reimagining our town after dark—activating new spaces, pushing boundaries and realising potential” said Drogheda Night-Time Economy Manager, Mark Davies.
“In a town that’s arty and forward-looking, Droichead is leading something important and innovative. I’m looking forward to stepping into the night with the community and visitors alike embracing the energy, creativity, and the thrill of something new unfolding.”
