TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF ROAD

Section 75 Roads Act, 1993

(Roads Regulations 1994)

Louth County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to close; The Mill Road between Castletown Road and Bellewsbridge Road to vehicular traffic to facilitate Irish Water constructing a new watermain.                                                                                              

The extent of the road closure will be from the junction of the Castletown Road  to the junction with Bellewsbridge Road. 

The road closure will be from 8.00hrs on  Monday  22^nd July 2024 to  17.00hrs on Friday 2nd August 2024. 

Local access will be maintained at all times. 

Diversions for traffic will be via Castletown Road and Bellewsbridge Road. OR alternatively Castletown Road, N53, L-7128, L-7114, L-7114-59, L-7111 and Bellewsbridge Road.

Any person who wishes to object to any of the closures should lodge an objection in writing (envelope clearly marked “Road Closure objection”) to the undersigned not later than 12 noon 5^th July 2024.
