After the resounding success of the inaugural Drogheda Comedy Festival, we are thrilled to announce that we’re back and ready to bring even more laughter to the town! From March 7th - 9th, 2025, a stellar lineup of comedians will descend on Drogheda, filling its unique venues with top-tier local, national and international talent.

Some of the biggest names in comedy will take to the stage, including Jason Byrne, Reginald D. Hunter, Troy Hawke, Emma Doran, Young Hot Guys, Kyla Cobbler, Gearóid Farrelly, Aideen McQueen, Vittorio Angelone, Anne Gildea, Ian Coppinger, and many more. Whether you’re a die-hard comedy fan or just looking for a great night out, there’s something for everyone!

Barry Murphy from Aviary Talent noted that he was, “Delighted to be back in Drogheda to tell some jokes, buy some top tier shoes and fight off AI and ChatGTP one gig at a time.”

Speaking about the festival’s return, Trevor Connolly of Love Drogheda BID said: “We are delighted to support the Drogheda Comedy Festival once again. Events like this bring vibrancy to the town and create a real buzz for businesses and visitors alike. Last year’s festival was a huge success, and we can’t wait to see it grow even bigger and better in 2025. There is a real sense of partnership and community with this event and anyone who visited last year will know how good it is to move from venue to venue and enjoy the mix of talent.”
