The world’s largest provider of hybrid working solutions, International Workplace Group, with brands including Regus, Spaces and HQ has announced a new partnership with Bru Digital Hub, the popular flexible workspace in West Street, Drogheda.

Bru Digital Hub will now carry International Workplace Group’s renowned Regus branding as the adoption of hybrid working rapidly accelerates across Ireland. The number of enquiries for space in International Workplace Group locations has risen sharply and this new partnership helps meet rising demand.

International Workplace Group has collaborated with local property owner David Courtney to create a Regus branded flexible workspace in Ireland’s largest town.  The 7,300 SQFT sq ft building located at 56 West Street, in the former Callan building, has been lovingly refurbished to a high standard, while preserving many of its original features.

Facilities include co-working space, hot desks, private offices and Graft Café, which can also be accessed via The Old Abbey Lane.

The opening of Regus at Bru Hub is set to enhance Drogheda’s business ecosystem by supporting local growth, encouraging entrepreneurship, and attracting new talent to the region.

By providing scalable office solutions, Regus offers businesses the flexibility to expand, innovate, and succeed without the burden of long-term commitments. This aligns perfectly with Drogheda’s ambitions to continue growing as a hub of creativity and innovation.

The building owners decided to invest in the International Workplace Group platform to maximise the return on their real estate space by capitalising on the rapidly expanding demand for hybrid working. With an annual investment of around $65m (£50m) into its technology platform, International Workplace Group provides partners with access to all the company’s expertise as well as design and fit-out support and sales and marketing capabilities.

Mark Dixon, CEO & Founder of International Workplace Group PLC, commented: “We are establishing a stronger and much-needed footprint in Drogheda and the North East of Ireland with this latest opening. As an important business hub Regus in Drogheda is a fantastic place for us to boost our expansion plans.

“The need for high-quality flexible workspaces continues to soar as hybrid working becomes the new normal. We are very pleased to work in partnership with David Courtney to develop the Regus brand under a management agreement that will add a cutting-edge workspace to their building.

“Our opening in Drogheda comes at a time when more and more companies are discovering that flexible working boosts employee happiness and satisfaction, while helping the environment. Our workplace model is also proven to increase productivity and allows for a business to scale up or down at significantly reduced costs.”

David Courtney commented “By offering flexible workspace solutions, Regus Drogheda contributes to the town’s economic development. As more professionals seek hybrid working opportunities, the need for adaptable, fully equipped office environments is on the rise. The new Regus space not only supports local businesses but also attracts investment and talent to the region, ensuring Drogheda remains a hub of innovation and enterprise.”
