Louth County Council has announced the completion of four new high-quality social housing units at Mullagh Close, Clogherhead.

These three-bedroom, two-storey homes were delivered through a turnkey acquisition from Havsutsikt Limited and form part of Phase 2 of a 12-unit development.

This project is funded by the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage (DHLGH) and represents Louth County Council’s continued commitment to delivering sustainable and modern homes for families in the region.

The final phase of the development (Phase 3), comprising four additional homes, is scheduled for completion by the end of 2025.

This delivery aligns with the council’s strong performance in social housing provision, as highlighted in the recent DHLGH Social Housing Delivery Performance Report, which outlines the progress made in meeting housing targets across County Louth.
