Drogheda Chamber recently held a well-attended coffee morning networking event at the Drogheda Institute of Further Education (DIFE), bringing together local business leaders to connect, collaborate, and strengthen community ties.
The “Coffee and Chat” was designed to create new opportunities across a wide range of sectors including retail, hospitality, finance, education, and technology. The informal setting allowed Chamber members and local entrepreneurs to share ideas, explore potential partnerships, and discuss paths toward innovation and mutual support.
The Principal of DIFE, David McDonnell, welcomed attendees and delivered a presentation highlighting the range of upskilling programmes available at the institute. His presentation emphasised the critical role that ongoing education and professional development play in enhancing workforce capabilities and supporting the growth of local businesses.
Chief Executive of Drogheda Chamber, Hubert Murphy commented “ This event was all about strengthening the ties between our members. Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do, and todays turnout shows just how committed Drogheda’s business community is to working together for mutual success”
