Drogheda Orchestral Collective (DOC) is delighted to announce that Karen Ní Bhroin, award-winning assistant conductor with RTÉ orchestras and choirs, will conduct the Drogheda group for its new spring season, commencing in April 2018.

Musicians of all instrument families are invited to be part of an exciting learning and performing season. Drogheda Orchestral Collective would love to hear from you.

DOC is a community orchestra open to musicians of all ages, but currently made up of mostly adult musicians. The group performs a broad repertoire from classical, film scores to choral and experimental pieces and has collaborated with many artists and performers since its formation in 2013.

Following sell-out performances of The Snowman performed to a live screening of the film, and works such as Sean O Riada's Mise Eire, DOC has also engaged with inspiring musicians in workshops given by Zoe Conway, Tadhg Murphy and Camerata Ireland.
